Le Rally of Turkey confirms its reputation as an unforgivable event in the World Rally Championship (WRC). From the first special of the second day, Ott Tänak and Martin Järveoja (Hyundai) sont partis dans le décor, à la suite d’une rupture mécanique.

The crew, outgoing winners of the Estonian Rally, will not restart today. The pilot took a look at the damage to the right front axle before walking away from his car with his head down and sitting on a rock.

Leader when you wake up, Sébastien Loeb (Hyundai) loses 18″ and falls off the virtual podium, behind Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) and Elfyn Evans (Toyota) ! Un autre Sébastien le remplace en haut du classement : Sébastien Ogier (Toyota), author of scratch time. « Maybe the tire choice wasn't optimal (mix between medium and hard), I probably attacked too much, I had no grip », complained the nine-time champion.
