Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) s’est offert le scratch dans les 12,57km de Ciçekli. Le Norvégien a bouclé le parcours en 10’32’’1 en devançant d’un dixième Sébastien Ogier (M-Sport). Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) follows more than 2 seconds ahead of Mads Ostberg (Citroën) and Ott Tänak (Toyota). Esapekka Lappi (Toyota) suit à 8 secondes juste devant Hayden Paddon et Teemu Suninen (M-Sport). Craig Breen (Citroën) lost a lot of time by clocking in around ten seconds from the benchmark. Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) is more than 11 seconds behind.
Contrary to what M-Sport Team Principal Malcolm Wilson had announced, Elfyn Evans is still in the race. The Welshman lost almost 2 minutes due to his mechanical problems.
Andreas Mikkelsen took the lead Rally from Turkey for a little more than 6 seconds ahead of Craig Breen. Mads Ostberg came back to within 2 seconds of his teammate. Thierry Neuville remains in 4th place ahead of Hayden Paddon who took over Jari-Matti Latvala. Sébastien Ogier is less than half a second from 6th position. Esapekka Lappi remains 8th ahead of Ott Tänak and Teemu Suninen.
