If the Safari Rally is to make its grand return to the World Rally Championship this year from June 24 to 27, in a format largely different from the big time, the event organized in Kenya could benefit from a dress rehearsal for the organization on the occasion of the Equator Rally (April 24-25).
Safari Rally officials will thus be able to calibrate themselves before the big meeting WRC. Six special stages (Elementaita, Soysambu, Sleeping Warrior, Loldia, Malewa, Kedong) will be common to both events.
