Before leaving the Rally of Catalonia (October 25-28) for the first competitive outing of the Volkswagen Polo R5, Petter Solberg was testing in recent days on the Catalan asphalt, in order to fine-tune the preparation of the latest creation of the quadruple world champion brand between 2013 and 2016 in WRC.
The former 2003 world rally champion, since brilliantly converted to World RX (two titles in 2014 and 2015), will not be the only driver to debut the car, since the Frenchman Eric Camilli will also be lined up at the start of the Spanish test.
