Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) lost time again against its opponents at Wales Rally GB on SS18 at Alwen. The Frenchman finished more than 4 seconds behindOtt Tänak (Toyota) and of Thierry Neuville (Hyundai). Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) a été le plus proche des leaders et a repris 1’’5 à Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai).
Ott Tänak now has a lead of 11”1 over Thierry Neuville. Sébastien Ogier is around ten seconds behind the Belgian with another 8 seconds ahead of Kris Meeke (Toyota). Andreas Mikkelsen is only 3 seconds ahead of Elfyn Evans.
Teemu Suninen (M-Sport) retired at the end of the second stage, his team judging that the damage was too great. The Finn was in 7th place.
