Ford carried out asphalt testing in France to prepare for the upcoming events of the WRC which will be carried out on tarmac. Christian Loriaux, team director, indicated that the testing conditions were favorable for the team.
“We wanted to identify our problems and work on the set-up”, he explains on WRC.com. “The route taken on the first day wasn't great, but the route taken over the next three days was really good. We had variable weather with occasional rain, which was very good for refining the st-up. »
