While Kimi Räikkönen's entourage confirmed having approached Renault F1 with a view to the 2011 season, the Finn does not have the idea of absolutely returning to Formula 1. Aware of the progress he still needs to make to be able to play for victory in WRC, Iceman could continue in the discipline in order to gain experience. Thus, the overseas press claims that Mini-Prodrive and the Monster World Rally Team have included the name of Kimi Räikkönen on their list of potential drivers. Currently driving a Citroën C4 WRC within the Citroën Junior Team thanks to the support of Red Bull, the Finn has a contract ending at the end of this season.
