Petter Solberg (Citroën) was the fastest in the shakedown of the Rally from Spain, the Novégian ahead of Federico Villagra (Ford) by 2 tenths. The Argentinian took the advantage Sébastien Ogier (Citroën), Henning Solberg (Ford) Jari-Matti Latvala (Ford) 2 tenths ahead. Mikko Hirvonen (Ford) is a tenth behind, Sébastien Loeb (Citroën) and Mds Ostberg (Ford) finishing one tenth behind the Finnish leader. Dani Sordo and Kris Meeke (Mini) complete the top ten.
