10h

The second loop will start at 12:43 p.m.

10h

A double blow for Esapekka Lappi (Citroën) on this SS10, with the best time and above all a gap back to 10″ against Sébastien Ogier, who had once returned to 1″ this morning from his Finnish teammate.

At the end of this first loop, Lappi is ahead of Ogier by 10″, the rest of the peloton still being over the minute mark, Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) clocking in at 1'08″1. The Norwegian took advantage of SS10 to increase his lead over Teemu Suninen (M-Sport Ford) to 12″6.

Dani Sordo (Hyundai) follows at 2'10"9 from Lappi, and now precedes Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) who took advantage of a spin from Kris Meeke to overtake the Briton from Toyota for the win of the 6th place.

Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) and Pontus Tidemand (M-Sport Ford) complete the WRC rankings.

In WRC 2 Pro, Kalle Rovanperä (Skoda Fabia R5 Evo) set the best time in the SS, after restarting after his retirement yesterday. Jan Kopecky (Skoda Fabia R5 Evo) however remains a solid leader in the category with more than 1'10" ahead of Gus Greensmith (Ford Fiesta R5).

Kajetan Kajetanowicz (Skoda Fabia R5) still dominates WRC 2.

10h

“The morning was without problems,” analyzes Lappi. The pace has been constant. On the first SS, I couldn't match Seb at all and he used the tires very well. Of course, this gives us confidence that we are on the right path on earth.

Unfortunately we have a lot of work to do on asphalt, but on dirt it's good. »

10h

Esapekka Lappi (Citroën) set the best time of this SS10 in 7'16″7, 3″8 ahead of Neuville, but above all 7″8 ahead of Sébastien Ogier. The Finn regains some air against his Citroën teammate with a 10″ gap overall.

10h

Interesting point of view from Thierry Neuville on an element of the regulations: “I don't know why we had gaps of four minutes yesterday and today it's three minutes. Of course things like this are going to happen and we're lucky it's a slow turn. »

10h

Lappi is 5″ ahead of Ogier in the first partial! The Finn could widen the gap on his Citroën teammate before the mid-day break.

10h

No risks taken by Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) in this SS. 4″ behind for the Frenchman on Thierry Neuville (Hyundai).

10h

Thierry Neuville took the best time in 7'20″5, 0″3 ahead of Andreas Mikkelsen.

10h

Mikkelsen looks back on his morning: “The speed was good, apart from the spin where I lost five seconds. It's been perfect to be honest. We feel good in the car. »

10h

5″4 behind for Teemu Suninen (M-Sport Ford) on Andreas Mikkelsen. This is the 3rd provisional time. Mikkelsen increases his lead over Suninen to 12″6 overall in the fight for the podium.

10h

Dani Sordo indicates that he damaged one of the two medium tires he had put on this morning in SS9, and was therefore unable to use it in this SS.

10h

Mikkelsen is the first to beat Latvala on this special. 3″6 better for the Hyundai driver.

10h

Dani Sordo (Hyundai) places his i20 Coupe WRC 8″9 behind Latvala on this SS10. The Spaniard maintains a 23″9 margin over the Finn overall.

10h

Kris Meeke admits to a spin at the start of the special, hence the average time of the Briton from Toyota.

10h

“The grip was slightly better in the middle of the SS,” admitted Latvala. In fast sections the feeling in the car is pretty good. In this one I drove like Ari Vatanen! Really aggressive – I don't know if the weather is good but at least it was spectacular! »

10h

Meeke concedes 17″5 on Latvala, which allows the Finn to overtake Meeke in the general classification by a tenth.

10h

Kris Meeke is cautious in this sector, being slower than Latvala but also slower than Tidemand in the first partial.

10h

No reaction from the drivers at the stop point of this last SS of the morning.

10h

22″7 better for Latvala compared to Tidemand’s time. The times should logically improve as the special progresses.

10h

Tidemand completes this first loop in 7'47″1
