The crews go directly to compete in the second passage of Montim. Breen is expected to start the special at 11:35 a.m. Lappi was the fastest there this morning with a time of 5'47"4.
In WRC 2, Tidemand still sets the pace. The Skoda driver now has a lead of almost 2 minutes over Pieniazek. Lefebvre follows the Pole at 27s.
Ken Torn rolled over in SS17. The Estonian occupied 5th place in the JWRC led by Denis Radström.

Latvala takes the scratch with a time of 8'09"2 which allows him to beat his teammate Lappi by 1"5.
Ogier is even slower since he is almost 26s behind the benchmark.
Mikkelsen is the slowest with more than 17 seconds behind Lappi.
Neuville protects his leadership position well by further increasing his lead over Evans by almost 2 seconds, who is now more than 41 seconds behind the head of the race.
Evans finished 4s behind Suninen but still retained a dozen seconds ahead of his teammate in the general classification.
Suninen is closest to Lappi with 1″2 behind. The M-Sport driver secures his 3rd position.
Sordo this time drops 4s against his direct rival Lappi who takes 4th position for a 3″3 lead over the Spaniard.
Suninen drops 1″2 to Lappi and now only has a 9s lead over his compatriot in the general classification where he still occupies 3rd position.
Lappi once again improves the pace with 8′”1 ahead of Ostberg. The Toyota driver is fighting for 4th place against Sordo.
Ostberg improved his teammate’s benchmark by 2″6. The Norwegian remains isolated in 6th place in front of the Irishman.
Breen has already completed the Luílhas special. The Citroën driver completed the 11,89km of the special stage, which was contested only once, in 8'21″4.
