Pierre Gasly (Red Bull) will not repeat his 2018 performance on the Toro Rosso. The Frenchman was eliminated at the end of Q2 with a 13th time, 4 tenths behind his teammate Max Verstappen (7th). The Renault of Daniel Ricciardo (11th) is also eliminated, with the Toro Rosso of Alexander Albon and Daniil Kvyat as well as the Racing Point of Sergio Pérez.
