Vettel completes the first row of the Canadian GP grid. Bottas follows in 3rd place ahead of Räikkönen. The Red Bulls of Verstappen and Ricciardo are in 3rd row ahead of Massa and the Force India of Pérez and Ocon. Hülkenberg completes the top ten.

Kvyat reached the pits in slow motion with a puncture on the right rear, the result of contact with the wall. The Toro Rosso driver hampered Ocon.
