Monaco Grand Prix 2017
Grosjean: “It was not an easy session. It didn't work in Q1, a little better in Q2, but I suffered with the tires in Q3. It was very close in the second part of Q3. The result remains positive because we could hardly have hoped for better. It will remain difficult to overtake, especially for Hamilton, because the cars are wider than in the past. You will have to watch out for safety cars. »
The start of the Monaco Grand Prix will be contested this Sunday from 14 p.m. and will be followed exceptionally live streaming on our website.
Vettel: “We can always go faster. It wasn't the first qualifying for me but the result was still satisfactory. It was very close for me but I was able to get the first row. The start of the session was complicated but I was able to progress over the laps. »
Räikkönen: “We managed to put everything together to win pole. I will try to take advantage of it to get the best result tomorrow. It's hard to be the best performer over an entire lap. I had a lot of fun behind the wheel. »

Vandoorne on Canal+: “I did very good qualifying. I could fight for 6th position and it was the first time I reached Q3. It's a regrettable mistake, but that's how it is. I really pushed because I had full confidence in the car. Everything remains possible in Monaco. »
Grosjean, Vandoorne and Button are the only drivers to remain in the pits. The Belgian will not be able to compete in Q3 after damaging his MCL32 in Q2.
Q3 starts for 12 minutes. Ultra softs will remain the tires of choice.
Ocon on Canal+: “It is the accident this morning which explains this bad result. We couldn't adjust everything and that affected the behavior of the car. We must not start losing even if it will be hard tomorrow. A small mistake has big consequences. I had hit the rail there several times, but I was unlucky this time because it broke the suspension. I hope to score more points tomorrow. »
