After a Spanish Grand Prix rich in spectacle, Francesco Bagnaia held off furious Marc Marquez to win in front of the Spanish public. The reigning double world champion also took advantage of Jorge Martin's fall and came back to 17 points.

Author of a disappointing weekend, Pedro Acosta is in fourth place in the table, one length behind Enea Bastianini. Marc Marquez gets back in the saddle with a podium and returns to 32 points at the head of the standings.

fabio quartararo takes advantage of the few points scored in Sprint to maintain 12th place in the Drivers' championship, while Johann Zarco concludes another weekend without points.

The World Championship Driver rankings MotoGP now has 25 names, with the three Wildcards entered in Jerez. Dani Pedrosa is the only one of them to have unlocked his counter. Thanks to his podium during the Sprint, the Spaniard is in 18th line in the table with seven points.
