3rd in Formula 2

In 2019, Luca Ghiotto began his fourth season in the anteroom of the Formula 1. This season, the Italian finished 3rd in the championship (with 4 victories), just behind Nicholas latifi et Nyck de Vries, two drivers who have tasted Formula 1.

Engaged in ELMS

This year, Luca Ghiotto embarked on a new challenge: the European Le Mans Series. The Italian drives for Inter Europol Competition in LMP2 aboard the No. 34 Oreca. At his side, we find Oliver Gray and a certain… Clément Novalak, former Formula 2 resident.

6 Hours of Fuji

In 2019, Luca Ghiotto partially gave up his seat in Formula 2 to try his hand at WEC ! Then aged 24, the latter was entered for the 6 Hours of Fuji with the LNT team in LMP1. For this assignment, Ghiotto was alongside Ben Hanley and Egor Orudzhev in the #60 Ginetta G1-LT-P5/AER. The crew, however, finished last in their category.

Reserve driver in Formula E

During the 2023 season of Formula E, Luca Ghiotto was a reserve driver for Nissan. He did not participate in any races and mainly worked in the simulator. The Italian was nevertheless able to taste the car electric during the Rookie Tests in Berlin. He had been lined up alongside Victor Martins, who had just started his Formula 2 season.
