In what state of mind are you approaching this new season?
Between the project Endurance with Lamborghini, the season IndyCar at Juncos, and the races F1 that I should comment again on Canal+, the program promises to be busy. Typically, here I am looking at the calendar, and it scares me a little! I have something like 31 race weekends! It's a year full of discoveries: discovery of the Hypercar prototype, rediscovery of 24 Hours of Le Mans (a participation in the GT category in 2010 within the Matech Competition with Thomas Mutsch and Jonathan Hirschi. Editor’s note), and also discovery of the Juncos team. These are stimulating projects. There is a lot of work to be done, a lot of effort to be made on all sides. But I'm happy to play within these two teams which are motivated, happy, and really want to go and score.
What were your first impressions of the Lamborghini SC63 that you were able to test at the end of 2023?
It's a nice mix between a GT and a car. These are still aerodynamically sophisticated cars, but the prototypes are also heavy. They weigh more than 1 kg on the scale, and you can feel it behind the wheel. Every time we drove the car, I had a blast. I had a lot of fun.
