The official name of the team therefore becomes “ Team Ferrari HP”, a name which will come into force from the next Miami Grand Prix (May 3-5). A multi-year agreement has been concluded between the two brands, which will allow Ferrari to benefit from HP technologies and services, whether in terms of hardware or software. The team will thus be able to use the brand's computers, its conference services and its printing capabilities.

The name "Scuderia Ferrari HP" will also be carried by the Ferrari Esport team, and by the entry of Maya Weug's car in F1 Academy

A new livery, highlighting this partnership, will be presented in Miami, on the sidelines of the Grand Prix. After this special livery, the usual livery of the Scuderia should make its return, with the presence of the HP logos on the engine cover, as well as on the drivers' overalls.

“Our founder passed on to us his constant desire to progress. This is where our desire to innovate on the road and track comes from, as well as our commitment to a sustainable future, from carbon neutrality to the education of younger generations,” said Benedetto Vigna, CEO of Ferrari. “We found the same values in HP, which made them an ideal partner. We look forward to starting our collaboration and tackling new opportunities and challenges together. »

This is not the first time HP has partnered with a Formula 1 team, having previously sponsored Williams for example, and more recently Mercedes. The Silver Arrows indeed feature the logo of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a cloud service dedicated, as its name suggests, to businesses.
