Hockenheim – Race 1: Audi takes a double ahead of Ferrari

Audi won during Race 1 of the GT World Challenge at Hockenheim with Mattia Drudi and Ricardo Feller at the wheel of the No. 40 from the Tresor Orange 1 team. The German manufacturer signs a double with Frédéric Vervisch and Nicolas Baert on the No. 12 of Comtoyou Racing.

The end of the race was virile between Dries Vanthoor and Thierry Vermeulen for third place. The Dutch driver finally found the opening on the Team WRT BMW in the last corner of the last lap to place the Ferrari #69 of Emil Frey Racing on the third step of the podium, but at the cost of a double contact with the Belgian driver's car.

Ricardo Feller is also under investigation for exceeding the limit. Be careful of potential penalties that could shake up the rankings...
