Team WRT lines up Valentino Rossi in Sprint and Endurance

Valentino Rossi will compete in the 2022 GT World Challenge with Team WRT. The Italian will be lined up in both Sprint and Endurance.

Team WRT lines up Valentino Rossi in Sprint and Endurance

It was only a matter of time, it's now official. The reconversion of Valentino Rossi will go through motorsport and GT3 more precisely. After a first test with the Audi R8 LMS GT3 of Team WRT on the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia last December, the Doctor was confirmed within the Belgian structure for the 2022 campaign.

This season, Valentino Rossi will be entered in GT World Challenge and will compete in the Sprint and Endurance, still with the Audi R8 LMS GT3 sporting the 46, its lucky number. His teammates will be announced later.
