Happy Birthday Lamera Cup

The endurance championship celebrated its 10th anniversary on the Castellet circuit where it was born. For the occasion, 119 drivers and 33 cars came to set the mood.

It is an understatement to say that this meeting at Paul-Ricard was expected. Both by the drivers and teams entered in the championship and by the organizers themselves, Wilfried and Blandine Merafina. Ten years after their bet to create a one-make endurance championship offering a large number of hours of driving – 92 hours per season now – on high-performance and accessible cars to satisfy experienced drivers and gentlemen alike, the result is convincing: 75 chassis built, 117 races contested and nearly 2,5 million kilometers covered by the entire field.
