  • Like his boss Michael Jordan, present in the pitlane, Tyler Reddick knew how to show clutch during the finish of the GEICO 500 at Talladega. It must be said that the driver of the 23XI Racing team was not the most brilliant but in the end he was the one who was best placed when it came time to battle it out on the last lap. Because as is often the case during major events in the NASCAR, everything came down to a final restart.
  • Here again, the Californian did not start as a big favorite since he was in 5e place at the start of the last turn. Ahead of him, victory seemed promised to leader Michael McDowell (Front Row Motorsports), Brad Keselowski (RFK Racing) and Noah Gragson (Stewart-Haas Racing). But until it's over, everything is still playable. And Tyler Reddick understood it perfectly because it ultimately ended up being a field goal finish.
  • Michael McDowell's tough defense allowed him to pass like a bullet to the finish line. While trying to defend on Brad Keselowski, the Front Row Motorsports driver was unable to avoid contact, ending his race violently against the wall before a big one followed behind. Slipping through the cracks, Tyler Reddick resisted all the challenges in this Talladega Superspeedway where everyone dreams of winning one day, a bit like the Daytona 500.

  • « It's incredible, confided-he still under the influence of emotion. Everyone worked very hard. The third segment wasn't really to our advantage, but we were able to fight and defend our position on the track. Guys, was that crazy? (addressing the spectators in the stands) Lots of chaos. This is Talladega."
  • Like Michael Jordan and his many decisive baskets in the nineties with the Chicago Bulls, Tyler Reddick appeared at the right time, as the decisive man. Toyota deprived of many of his weapons, notably those of Joe Gibbs Racing, Christopher Bell and Denny Hamlin, the child of Corning was responsible for guiding the Japanese manufacturer to triumph in one of the most prestigious races of the year.
