The pilot Schumacher CLRT takes the two pole positions of the first meeting of the Porsche Carrera Cup France on the Barcelona track. On the grounds of his first pole in the championship, the former resident of Martinet by Alméras does it again a year later.
  • Leading most of the session, Alessandro Ghiretti left Mathys Jaubert in charge for a few moments. The Martinet by Alméras driver had a solid session, finishing in second position. The 2023 Junior PCCF was nevertheless relegated to more than two tenths of pole position. His teammate Louis Rousset (Martinet/Forestier Racing) took a good third place for the C1.
  • What a first for Victor Bernier! The rookie finished fifth overall and scored a double pole in his category. At the wheel of the No. 17 Martinet by Alméras, the world champion of karting 2018 is even third overall for race 2. A little further in the ranking, Marcus Amand (Schumacher CLRT) and Paul Cauhaupé (CLRT Schumacher) finish seventh and eighth respectively in the scratch.
  • Qualifying was more difficult for some drivers in the Pro category. Present only in Barcelona, Marvin Klein and his ABM finished in sixth place. Benjamin Paque's first with TFT Racing ended in a ninth time. Moderately happy with his day on Friday, Marlon Hernandez (Martinet/Forestier Racing) was not able to correct everything and finished thirteenth.
  • Marc Guillot had hidden his game in Pro-Am! Placed behind Jérôme Boullery (Racing Technology) during free practice, the new ABM driver produced two great laps to take the poles in the category. Two positions behind on the grid, his opponent Racing Technology intends to return from C1. Jérémie Lessoudier (TFT Racing) is further back in the peloton.
  • Jean-Philippe Gambaro (Schumacher CLRT) and Cyril Caillo (Racing Technology) share the poles in Am. The two TFT Racing teammates, Jean-Philippe Lamic and Jordan Boisson are both in the top-3 of one of the two races.
