The Hyundai i30 TCR completes its tests in Valencia

Hyundai Motorsport carried out a test session with its i30 TCR over three days from May 30 to June 1 at the Valencia circuit (Spain). The Korean manufacturer focused on performance testing with the chassis while also focusing on the performance of the brakes and suspensions.

The team was notably able to compare the data collected in Valencia with those obtained at Motorland Aragon (Spain) and Misano (Italy) by trusting Gabriele Tarquini.

“We have already had proof that the working base was very solid, comments Andrea Adamo, head of competition customer service at Hyundai Motorsport. The project is still young and we still have areas to improve, particularly in terms of behavior, an important area for customer service. Having established the initial settings during our previous tests, we can build on them. »

The Hyundai i30 TCR should be available to customer teams from December 2017.
