Dakar 2024 – New colors for the new Ford Ranger

Ford has not competed in the slightest edition of the Dakar and the American manufacturer is already changing colors. L'Oval has unveiled a new decoration for its two Ford Ranger T1+ which will participate in the 2024 Dakar (January 5-19). No sponsor appears but the design takes up the stylistic codes of the competing firm, as with the Ford Mustang GT3 currently under development:

In 2024, Ford will arrive at the Dakar with Spaniard Nani Roma as leader. Crowned with a promising third place in the Rally du Maroc en octobre 2023, l’ancien vainqueur à moto (2004) et en auto (2014) aura surtout pour responsabilité d’aider M-Sport à créer un prototype nouvelle génération au cours de l’année 2024.
Nani Roma sera épaulé par le Sud-Africain Gareth Woolridge, inconnu au bataillon sur le Dakar, mais qui s’est distingué en décrochant le titre national cross-country devant les spécialistes Toyota Giniel de Villiers et Henk Lategan.
