The crew of theAston Martin Vantage n°96, entered in GTE Am in the World ChampionshipEndurance, will be modified for the event in Austin, Texas, this weekend. The Dane Benny Simonsen 31 years old), brother of the late Allan Simonsen who died during the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2013, will replace the German Roald Goethe for the 6 Hours of the Circuit of the Americas.
Benny Simonsen notably won this season in the Am category at the 24 Hours of Spa in the Blancpain Endurance Series, at the wheel of an Audi R8 LMS ultra from Team Parker Racing.
