The 6 Hours of Imola was the scene of the second round of the 2024 season of the world championship ofEndurance WEC. In front of his home crowd, victory seemed promised to Ferrari. The manufacturer of Maranello had in fact locked the first three places on the grid with the two officials and the customer from AF Corse and was off to a good start in the race. Unfortunately, the strategic choices weighed down the hopes of the Italians, defeated at home by Toyota, back in business after a difficult first outing against Qatar last March.
