According to our colleagues at the BBC, the world champion team F1 should race this season with the engine Renault renamed Infiniti.

Infiniti is none other than Nissan's Premium brand, of which Renault has owned 44,3% since 1999. Still according to the BBC, Infiniti aims to strengthen its positioning in Europe and would use F1 to make it known.

The announcement is expected to be made public tomorrow, Tuesday, at the Geneva Motor Show. According to our colleagues, this operation could cover the cost of the engine budget for the Team Red Bull Racing. A budget estimated at 8 million euros.
