Martin Truex Jr (Furniture Row Racing) won the pole for the GoBowling 400 held at Kansas Speedway. The pilot of the Toyota #78 finished ahead of Joe Gibbs drivers Matt Kenseth and Denny Hamlin, while Kurt Busch (Stewart-Haas Racing) completes the second row ahead of Brad Keselowski (Team Penske) and Kyle Busch (Joe Gibbs Racing).
