If Francis Duval appears on the entry list of the Rally of Spain, the next event of the World Rally Championship, the Belgian will be absent in Catalonia.

According to the Belgian monthly autonews, Duval? out of budget? announced his withdrawal while he was engaged with a Subaru Impreza WRC.
