Ferrari reveals the first images of its 812 limited edition

Already enthroned at the top of the Prancing Horse range, the 812 Superfast will be offered a limited edition version in the coming days, the brand Maranello having planned to unveil the beast on May 5.

For the record, the 812 Superfast was a 12 liter V6,5, 800 hp, a red zone starting just around 8 rpm... A real mechanical thunder that Ferrari engineers decided to push back a little further. more in this limited edition.

The fantastic Italian block will be able to produce 830 hp this time (record power for a thermal engine from the brand), with an increase in speed this time reaching… 9 rpm, again a value never reached in history from the Italian firm for an internal combustion engine.

For this, Maranello offers a new valve timing mechanism but also a reworked exhaust system.

As always with Ferrari, there is no mechanical power without aerodynamic efficiency, since this edgy 812 will feature a bodywork studied down to the smallest detail to maximize aero performance. These include new front air intakes, a carbon blade on the front hood, a revised rear diffuser, as well as the replacement of the rear window with an aluminum part.
