Lamborghini Squadra Corse unveils its SC18

We knew the department Racing team for its Huracan GT3 or even Super Trofeo creations, but now the entity led by Giorgio Sanna has lent itself to the exercise of the car approved for the road, but mainly intended for the track.

Lamborghini Squadra Corse has thus developed a unique car, the SC18, which could foreshadow future creations labeled Squadra Corse and aimed at customers of the brand's Customer Racing program.

Powered by a 12-liter naturally aspirated V6,5, unlike the GT3 with a V10, offering 770 hp and 720 Nm of torque at 6750 rpm, the SC18 also offers an aero package largely inspired by Italian racing cars and presented in a gray Grigio Daytona livery (in reference to Lamborghini's victory at the last Florida 24 Hours in GTD), decorated with red trim.

The air intakes take on the style of those of the Huracan GT3 Evo, while the side and rear elements incorporate the spirit of the Super Trofeo Evo. The rear wing has three adjustable elements to provide the best possible support. 12 air intakes overlook the rear hood hiding the monstrous V12.

Pirelli specifically developed P Zero Corsa tires for the SC18, and a telemetry system was installed to give an overall view of the car's performance.
