The big winter celebration of the Andros e-Trophy is launched

For more than a week, the snow and freezing temperatures have made it possible to create a perfectly icy track to host the inaugural round of the e-Andros Trophy on the famous Val Thorens slope.

This year the season will have 5 rounds:

▪ EVENT 1: VAL THORENS 04/05 December 2021

▪ EVENT 2: ANDORRA December 17/18, 2021

▪ EVENT 3: ISOLA 2000 07/08 January 2022

▪ EVENT 4: LANS-EN-VERCORS January 21/22, 2022

▪ EVENT 5 / FINAL: SUPER BESSE January 29, 2022

The races are contested on 100% electric cars with 4-wheel drive and steering: the Andros Sport. The propulsion chains and 200 kW (270 hp) electric motors are identical for all cars. The chassis, settings, suspensions and bodies, however, remain free. Two drivers share a car and compete in two separate races: one in the Elite category (reserved for hopefuls and amateurs), the other in the Elite Pro category.

Each round has two days of racing in the same format. : WEEKEND HOURS

Above all, two qualifying rounds give rise to a first ranking based on the best of the two rounds. The first 2 in the Elite Pro category are qualified for the SuperPole and compete in a single timed lap.

At the end of these qualifying rounds, the Elite Pro starting grid is established based on the cumulative points (qualifying + super pole) while the Elite grid is established based on the ranking of the qualifying rounds. The first 6 compete in the Super Final, the following the Final.

The party would not be complete without the presence of the AMV Cup acrobats. These bikers offer an exceptional spectacle every season. It is certainly the most beautiful gathering of masters of sliding on two wheels coming from diverse backgrounds: endurance, enduro, supermoto or cross.
