The Andros e-Trophy takes up residence in Andorra

For the 28th consecutive year, the e-caravanAndros Trophy will take place on December 17 and 18 at an altitude of 2450 meters on the Pas de la Casa circuit.

The races are contested on 100% electric cars with 4-wheel drive and steering: the Andros Sport. The propulsion chains and 200 kW (270 hp) electric motors are identical for all cars. The chassis, settings, suspensions and bodies, however, remain free. Two drivers share a car and compete in two separate races: one in the Elite category (reserved for hopefuls and amateurs), the other in the Elite Pro category.

Each round has two days of racing in the same format. : WEEKEND HOURS

Above all, two qualifying rounds give rise to a first ranking based on the best of the two rounds. The first 2 in the Elite Pro category are qualified for the SuperPole and compete in a single timed lap.

At the end of these qualifying rounds, the Elite Pro starting grid is established based on the cumulative points (qualifying + super pole) while the Elite grid is established based on the ranking of the qualifying rounds. The first 6 compete in the Super Final, the following the Final.

For the inaugural round of Val-Thorens contested two weeks ago, if Jean-Batiste Dubourg won on the first day, Aurélien Panis responded the next day.

These are therefore six titles which contemplate us at the top of the General classification with the five crowns of Dubourg in addition to that of Panis. The two favorites responded well, but Yann Ehrlacher and Nathanaël Berthon warned that they would not let any missteps pass. A leading quartet already stands out before the first timed practice sessions tomorrow Friday December 17.
