A 6th Andros crown for Jean-Baptiste Dubourg

At the end of the five stages of an e-seasonAndros Trophy sadly deprived of their historic meeting in Serre Chevalier (Hautes-Alpes), the two men finished perfectly equal in points. The coronation was decided by the number of victories, and a sporting and very timely helping hand from Pierre-Louis Loubet during the Super Final.

Before that, Jean-Baptiste Dubourg had endeavored to leave his mark on this final meeting by dominating the practice sessions and the two qualifying sessions. Without calculation or tire management, only with the desire to pocket as many points as possible before the Super Pole and the Super Final. When we know that the three strong men of this season, Dubourg, Yann Ehrlacher and Aurélien Panis, presented themselves at the start separated by two small points, we better understand the reigning champion's search for perfection. Behind him, Yann Ehrlacher tries to survive, but concedes three points. The double WTCR champion (2020, 2021) is making good progress

A "sporting" helping hand in addition to the lap record, Loubet had missed the super pole which gave Dubourg one more point, that changes everything! Especially when Loubet lies live "battery failure" He's building a good reputation for that one! Well, a curious sport where they team up to make the very sad Dubourg win. As for Nico Prost, water carrier, what a tumble: It’s Alain who should be proud! All this for a series that is just supposed to entertain us... But the interests of Dubourg Autos!!
