Two men perfectly tied before the last Grand Prix of the season, this had only happened in 1974 between Emerson Fittipaldi and Clay Regazzoni, with the outcome favoring the Brazilian.

In terms of style, everything opposed them. The Brazilian and his sideburns against the Swiss mustache, such was the poster for the 1974 United States Grand Prix. The 15th round would decide between the two belligerents, arriving at Watkins Glen tied on points at the top of the general classification. Rhooo Mehdi... the 312T will only appear during season 75. It is indeed the 312B3-74 that the mustachioed man was driving. On old forums, you would have been harshly criticized ;-)) Thank you for this evocation of ancient and glorious times... but this season has nothing to envy them.
