On the occasion of the Centenary celebrations of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, an exceptional parade was organized on Friday evening, bringing together the most emblematic cars of the Sarthe event.

It's not every day that you celebrate your 100th birthday! For the Centenary edition, theACO pulled out all the stops and celebrated its history on Friday evening with an exceptional parade. In front of a large audience, dozens of emblematic cars from the history of 24 Hours of Le Mans drove on the Sarthe track, before parking in front of the stands.

From the victorious Chenard and Walcker Sport in 1923 to the Toyota GR010 winner in 2022, through the Ford GT40, the Mazda 787B or the Porsche 917, spectators were able to admire its cars which were inseparable from the Sarthe event. Some were even driven by legendary drivers, such as Tom Kristensen, Jacky Ickx and Derek Bell.
