Jim France is Spirit of Le Mans at the 24 2022 Hours of Le Mans

What better omen of a life dedicated to motorsport when you are born in Daytona Beach, in the United States? Jim France grew up in the world of Nascar, which his father Bill France founded. Today chairman of the famous North American stockcar championship and chairman of theIMSA (International Motor Sports Association which organizes the championshipEndurance WeatherTech SportsCar Championship), Jim France was one of the major players in the technical convergence between LMH and LMDh prototypes which opened a new chapter for the discipline from 2022. The manufacturers of the premier category can now compete on both sides of the Atlantic with the same car. Jim France was also the Starter of the 2013 edition of 24 Hours of Le Mans.
