The LM P2 of the Nielsen Racing team will not go unnoticed in Sarthe on June 10 and 11. The British team's Oreca 07 has unveiled the special livery with which it will compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Le Mans event, the team founded by David 'Sven' Thompson will adorn its mount with an all-gold livery, with a few touches of red on the air intake, on the rear wing and all along the shark fin. Above all, the car will be decorated with numerous references to the history of the 24 Hours of Le Mans since 1923.

Designed by Triple Espresso, the livery takes up the names of the most legendary passages of the circuit (Hunaudières, Tertre Rouge, Indianapolis, etc.) but also the designs of the most emblematic cars and drivers (Pescarolo, Ickx, Bell, Porsche 917, Ford GT40, etc…).

On the front hood we find the original trophy of the 24 Hours of Le Mans next to the special trophy for the Centenary edition, as well as the logo of the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO) from 1923 and 2023. The LM P2 n°14 will be driven by Rodrigo Sales, Mathias Beche and Ben Hanley in Sarthe.
