Vector Sport changes livery for the 24 Hours of Le Mans

After three races (Sebring, Portimao, Spa) with a predominantly red and blue livery, Vector Sport changes its design for the fourth meeting of the season. WEC, 24 Hours of Le Mans.

For the Centenary, the British team will find a dress closer to that used during the previous edition of the race. Thus, the No. 07 Oreca 10 from Vector Sport will return to the white and black with which it was adorned during the entire 2022 season, with which Gary Holland's men managed to take third place in their category during of the 6 Hours of Monza. A change which is justified by the desire to distinguish itself from the numerous red and blue liveries which will be present at the start of the Centenary.

Vector Sport has not shared a photo of its Le Mans livery, but specifies that red accents will still be visible, as will the blue of Isotta Fraschini Milano. Vector Sport will in fact operate the Italian manufacturer's LMH when it enters competition, hoped for in 2024.

At the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Gabriel Aubry, Ryan Cullen and Matthias Kaiser will take the wheel, hoping for more success than in the first three meetings of the year.

« Obviously I'm looking forward to my home race, my friends and family will all be there, rejoices Aubry, the Frenchman of the trio. It's the greatest race in the world, period! I love the atmosphere of the event, which is second to none and the race itself is incredible. It's really important for me to perform well there, and the team gave me a lot of confidence to do that. We have been going in the right direction in terms of performance, showing it every time we go out on track. We will come back to the preparation again and again and I know we will perform straight away from the test day. »
