Ho-Pin Tung took pole in the Oak Racing Morgan. But Eurasia Motorsport showed itself to be on pace.

Asian LMS – Oak Racing takes pole in Shanghai

Ho-Pin Tung took pole at the 3 Hours of Shanghai (China) with a time of 1'39"860 at the wheel of the Oak Racing Morgan-Judd. James Winslow was just a tenth behind Eurasia Motorsport's Oreca 03-Nissan, which will also start on the front row.

Takeshi Tsuchiya signed the best GT on the Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 n°90 of Team AAI with a lap completed in 1'46"111 which was several tenths ahead of the Ligier JS 53 CN n°77 of Craft Bamboo Racing driven by Kevin Tse, the fastest of the CNs. The third row is completed by the two BMW Z4s of Team AAI, the No. 92 of Chen-Muller-Seefried ahead of the No. 91 of San Chen-Tanigawa-Millroy. A total of eight cars are at the start of the race.
