ELMS – Villorba Corsa to move to LMP2 in 2017 with Dallara

Villorba Corsa has announced its move to the LMP2 category of the ELMS in 2017. The Italian team is the first to confirm the purchase of a new Dallara prototype.

ELMS – Villorba Corsa to move to LMP2 in 2017 with Dallara

Villorba Corsa will take a step forward in 2017 by entering the LMP2 category of theELMS. The Italian team is the first to announce the purchase of a new prototype made by Dallara with which it intends to evolve in the “Road to Le Mans » in the hope of winning an invitation for the double round of the clock in Sarthe.

Roberto Lacorte is already confirmed for next year, the Italian already defending the interests of the team this year in ELMS.

Villorba Corsa is entering a Ligier JS P3 in ELMS this season for Ricardo Lacorte and Giorgio Sernagiotto. The Italian team occupies 17th place in the LMP3 Teams' Championship with four points scored before the final contested in Estoril (Portugal) on the weekend of October 23.
