Le Mans Series testing at Le Mans

Limited presence this weekend on the Bugatti circuit as part of Le Mans Series tests with only twelve competitors on track to which were added three new Formula Le Mans boats.

On Saturday the best time was signed by Lola-Aston Martin from the Speedy Garage team Sebbah with Andrea Bellichi at the wheel. In 1'23"770 the Swiss was ahead of Jean Christophe Boullion on the Pescarolo 01 Evo-Judd n°16 who, without looking for performance, signed his best lap in 1'24"996.

The Courage-Oreca of Ragues-Mailleux-André completed this first “podium”. A day marked by a few clashes (!) or head to tail including those of the Ferrari de l’équipe Seattle confinée à la dernière place. Quant à la Porsche GT2 de l’équipe China Endurance, she only made a very brief appearance on Saturday morning before the truck left the paddock.
