Iron Lynx is complete for the 2024 European season Le Mans. After the Iron Dames and the LM P2, the Italian team has confirmed the three drivers who will take up the No. 3 Lamborghini Hurácan GT2 Evo 63 in the LMGT3 category.

Andrea Caldarelli, GTP driver in IMSA for the Italian brand, adds a second GT3 program to its 2024 calendar, which will also compete in the GT World Challenge Europe. The Italian will be associated with the newcomer to the Sant'Agata Bolognese (Italy) brand, Axcil Jefferies. The 29-year-old Zimbabwean has raced in various GT championships in recent seasons, including the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup in 2020 on a Mercedes of Madpanda.

The third driver will be Hiroshi Hamaguchi. The Japanese was promoted from the Michelin Le Mans Cup after a victory in Portimão (Portugal) at the end of last season with Frenchman Vincent Abril. It was already under the colors of Iron Lynx.

« It's great to finally be able to announce the full line-up of our European Le Mans Series team, joining forces with Hiroshi, says Andrea Piccini, team principal and CEO of Iron Lynx. We all know the qualities that Andrea brings to the table, and he is a huge asset to have on any team. We are also excited to welcome Axcil to the Iron Lynx family. He is a strong driver in every GT3 he competes in, and everyone is looking forward to working closely with him. They are the perfect duo to work with as Hiroshi has worked hard to prepare for the upcoming season. »

The European Le Mans Series season will begin on April 14 with the 4 Hours of Barcelona.
