IMSA – Bruno Senna at Daytona with United Autosports

Bruno Senna has been confirmed by United Autosports to drive one of the English team's two Ligier JS P217s at the 24 Hours of Daytona. Zak Brown's structure is now complete.

IMSA – Bruno Senna at Daytona with United Autosports

United Autosports is complete for the first round of theIMSA Sportscar Championship 2018 with confirmation of Bruno senna. The Brazilian joins the English team for the 24 Hours of Daytona (January 26-27) and will drive one of the two Ligier JS P217s entered alongside Hugo de Sadeleer, Will Owen and Paul di Resta.

The old pilot F1 and GP2, LM P2 champion in WEC this season with Julien Canal and Vaillante Rebellion, is the last driver made official by Zak Brown's team, which will see Fernando Alonso, Phil Hanson and Lando Norris commit to the second prototype developed by Onroak.

Note that Ayrton Senna's nephew should also compete in the first round of the European Le Mans Series 2018 at Paul-Ricard on April 15, replacing Filipe Albuquerque who should face a conflict of dates with IMSA in Long Beach (California).
