IMSA – ESM back in 2017

2017 will mark the return to the country for Tequila Patron ESM. As we tell you in AUTO issue 2081hebdo, available in digital version, and from tomorrow on newsstands, the American team will rely onIMSA Sportscar Championship next year. Apart from a presence at the IMSA events at Daytona and Sebring (and Watkins Glen in 2016), ESM focused on WEC and in 2015 2016.

The main program for the team of Scott Sharp and Ed Brown will be contested with two Ligier JS P217s in the DPi category, the partnership with Oak Racing, which will manage the operation, and Onroak Automotive, which develops the Ligier, having been renewed. On the engine side, Nissan Nismo will be there by supporting the program.
