IMSA – The Cadillac DPi-VR revealed

2017 should see the introduction of new prototypes meeting DPi regulations, which take over from the Daytona Prototypes, the premier category of theIMSA Sportscar Championship until the end of the 2016 season.

Cadillac unveiled its new weapon this Wednesday, called DPi-VR Based on a chassis developed in collaboration with the Italian firm Dallara, this prototype will feature a 8-liter V6,2 engine block of Cadillac origin, and will be the first entered in the race by the brand since 2002.
