USCC – The first entrants of the ROAR Before the 24

There will be 67 cars taking to the track between January 3 and 5 on the Florida circuit for the big rehearsal before the first meeting of the 2014 Tudor USCC of the 24 hours of Daytona. The list will, however, be subject to change until the start of these tests.

17 Daytona Prototypes will obviously be there with the Corvette DPs from Action Express Racing or the Rileys from Chip Ganassi Racing. Muscle Milk Racing will debut its new ORECA 03, while simon pagenaud, French pilot engaged in IndyCar, will take place in one of the two HPD ARX-03b from Extreme Speed ​​Motorsports.

In LMP2, OAK Racing will run its Morgan. The famous DeltaWing will be in the hands of Alexander Red, Andy Meyrick and Katherine Legge.

In the Prototype Challenge, the ORECA-FLM 09s will be one to watch among the 12 cars entered with two cars for Starworks Motorsport and the Popow-Tutumlu-Fuentes and Schultis-van der Zande-Lux crews.

Major news in GTLM with the big debut of the new Corvette C7.R. Two cars will be fielded by Corvette Racing including Ryan Briscoe, who will make his return to IndyCar this season with Ganassi. The Americans will be opposed to the Z4 GTEs of BMW Team RLL and the Auberlen-Priaulx-Hand-Martin and Müller-Edwards-Rahal-Werner crews, but also to the Ferrari 458 Italia from Risi Competizione and Krohn Racing as well as the Vantage GTE from Aston Martin and Porsche 911 RSR de Porsche North America.

It is in GTD that the entrants are the most numerous with a good half of the field. Dempsey Racing will be there but it is especially the Audi contingent that we will have to watch with the R8 LMS for four teams: GMG Racing, Flying Lizard Motorsports, Fall-Line Motorsports and Paul Miller Racing. Emmanuel Collard will be aboard the only SRT Viper GT3-R from Riley Motorsports.

The 24 Hours of Daytona will take place on January 25 and 26.
