No rest for Porsche whose debut of its 963 LMDh is fast approaching. The new prototypes from Stuttgart expected for the next 24 Hours of Daytona (January 28/29), the German manufacturer is still on the ground in recent days to continue its preparation work.
Still on the other side of the Atlantic where most of the tests were carried out, Porsche will this time run two brand new 963 LMDhs with Porsche Penske Motorsport liveries. The two are not completely identical since we can distinguish an alternation of red and white bands on one, and an alternation of red and black bands on the other. A way to differentiate the two cars on the track?

At first glance, and according to many Internet users who reacted to the publication, Porsche carried out the burn-in of these two new 963 LMDh at Homestead-Miami Speedway, a track with characteristics similar to those of Daytona, namely a road circuit in addition to the traditional oval. Enough to best prepare for the competition debut in a little over a month further north in Florida.
