24 Hours of Le Mans: all the guests now known

The Asian Le Mans Series has given the final invitations to the 24 2021 Hours of Le Mans with six tickets.

24 Hours of Le Mans: all the guests now known

And six, the count is good. Ended on Saturday, the 2021 Asian Le Mans Series gave the last six invitations to 24 Hours of Le Mans 2021. Champion in LM P2 thanks to the trio Yifei Ye, Ferdinand Habsburg, Rene Binder, G-Drive Racing won a ticket for the category.

The high number of entries in GT granted four invitations for the GTE Am category. Titled, Herberth Motorsport will have the opportunity to make its debut in the Le Mans classic, just like GPX Racing, classified second and Inception Racing, fourth in the championship . Finally, a regular, Rinaldi Racing, won the last ticket.

United Autosports also received an invitation card for its LM P3 title with the crew of Manuel Maldonado, Rory Penttinen and Wayne Boyd. the ticket is valid for the LM P2 category. Which brings the number of invitations received by United Autosports to three, definitely in force.

The British team has indeed obtained keys for its title in ELMS  and his victory at the 24 2020 Hours of Le Mans in LMP2. Four other teams have an invitation, Proton Compétition in GTE Am for its ELMS crown, Kessel Racing in GTE Am for its second place in ELMS, TF Sport in GTE Am for its victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the category and finally Iron Lynx for its success in the Michelin Le Mans Cup in the GT3 category.

Finally, Patrick Kelly and Ryan Hardwick, winners of the Jim Trueman Award and the Bob Akin Award respectively in IMSA will be able to compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in LM P2 and GTE Am

The 33 committed of the World ChampionshipEndurance will also be able to participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
