24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual – H5: Red flag… Alonso back!

While the fight continues to rage, both in GT and in LMP, a red flag has come to temporarily interrupt this first edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual. The race management took the opportunity to put the No. 14 FA Racing car back into the race, blocked on the circuit following an internal inconsistency in the game. They started last in LMP, 5 laps from the lead.

For this restart, everyone finds themselves grouped behind the safety car, but the lead laps taken by everyone obviously remain relevant.

2 Seas Motorsport (#33) is still in the lead ahead of Team RedLine (#20) and Veloce Esports (#16), three cars currently led respectively by Devin Braune, Greger Huttu and Norman Nato.

The top five is completed by ByKolles-Burst Esports (Jesper Pedersen) and TDS E Racing Motul (Dennis Jordan).

It's similar to a naughty scene that we witnessed. Victim of a recalcitrant steering wheel, simon pagenaud stopped his Team Penske car at the exit of the Arnage corner. The Frenchman, live, then changed simulators to be able to resume the race. Currently, his car is in 25th place and Juan Pablo Montoya is at the wheel.

In GTE, two Corvettes are at the top of the hierarchy, Mathias Beche (R8G Esports Team) ahead of Alex Voss (Corvette Racing, #63). Followed by Güven (Porsche 911 RSR n°93), Lind (Corvette C7.R n°64) and Sorensen (Aston Martin #95).
